At Classic Oak, we take pride in the craftsmanship of our products and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all eligible items.

Return Process

  Log into your account and visit the order history section to select the items you wish to return and receive a return authorization number.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the product is in its original, unused condition.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our workshop inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund or exchange within 5 to 7 business days to your original payment method.
